Description of Service
jobsdelivered.pro is a SaaS platform that provides Upwork freelancers with job alerts based on user-defined search terms and filters.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscription and Billing
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the specified fees.
Refund policy
Fees are non-refundable except:

Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Jobsdelivered and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
Limitation of Liability
Jobsdelivered and our directors, officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Extension. Under no circumstances shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid to Jobsdelivered.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
